"Every time I made a payment two weeks later I would receive another bill even though insurance was paid every month I had to pay a different amount and it increase every month a car was added to my policy and the company was still billing me and the other individual took me months to get car off my policy but they could never explain why and who added the car hopefully my $99 will be refunded from last overpayment"
